张道宗“通督调神”针法治疗卒中后抑郁经验

Experience of ZHANG Daozong in Treating Post-stroke Depression by Acupuncture"Tongdu Tiaoshen"

全国名老中医、安徽省国医名师张道宗教授,已从事临床、教学工作50余年,积累了丰厚的临床经验和医学知识。张老从中医学理论出发,总结认为卒中是脑髓损伤、神机失用的一类疾病,并基于此创立了“通督调神”针法,特别在治疗脑血管疾病方面,临床效果显著。卒中后抑郁是脑卒中后的常见并发症,患者兼见情志失调,作为“通督调神”针法的适应症之一,张老临症运用颇多,亦取得不错的疗效,现就张老治疗卒中后抑郁的经验作一总结,为临床提供借鉴和思考。

Professor ZHANG Daozong,a well-known old Chinese doctor in China and a famous teacher of traditional Chinese medicine in Anhui Province,has been engaged in clinical and teaching work for more than 50 years,and has accumulated rich clinical experience and medical knowledge.Starting from the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,Mr.ZHANG concluded that stroke is a type of disease involving brain damage and dysfunction of the mind,and based on this,he created the acupuncture method of“Tong Du Tiao Shen”,which has remarkable clinical effects especially in the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.Post-stroke depression is a common complication after stroke,and patients also suffer from emotional disorders.As one of the indications for the acupuncture method of“Tong Du Tiao Shen”,Mr.ZHANG has used it a lot and has achieved good curative effect.ZHANG's experience in treating post-stroke depression is summarized to provide reference and thinking for clinical practice.
