Experience of JIA Yuejin in Treating Insomnia from Liver

失眠是临床上常见的一种疾病,贾跃进老师结合经典古籍与临床实践从肝论治失眠,将国医大师吕景山药对思想融入其中,把从肝论治失眠药对分为疏肝理气、引阳入阴、除烦清气、化痰清热、活血行气、调肝健脾6类,与柴胡疏肝散、丹栀逍遥散、柴胡加桂枝龙骨牡蛎汤、柴芩温胆汤、血府逐瘀汤、香砂六君子汤等方灵活加用。该文旨在总结贾跃进老师临床应用从肝论治失眠药对的经验,拓宽治疗该病的思路。

Insomnia is a common disease in clinical practice.Teacher JIA Yuejin combined classic ancient books and clinical practice to treat insomnia from the liver,and integrated the thoughts of traditional Chinese medicine master LV Jingshan.Introducing Yang into Yin,removing annoyance and clearing Qi,dissolving phlegm and clearing heat,promoting blood circulation and promoting Qi,regulating the liver and strengthening the spleen,Xuefu Zhuyu decoction,Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction and other prescriptions can be added flexibly.The purpose of this article is to summarize JIA Yuejin's clinical application experience in treating insomnia from the perspective of the liver,and to broaden the thinking of treating this disease.
