李绍敏补肾强心法治疗心衰病的辨证思路与诊治经验

LI Shaomin's Dialectical Thinking and Experience in the Treatment of Heart Failure with the Method of "Tonifying the Kidney and Strengthening the Heart"

心衰病是临床常见疾病,其一般治疗法则为益气、温阳、养阴及活血、利水。李绍敏主任为第七批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师、安徽省名中医,对心衰病的诊疗具有丰富经验。李主任从心肾之间的生理关系、心衰病的主要症状与肾脏功能失调的关联性、肾虚在心脏气血阴阳损伤之中的作用等三个方面分析总结心衰病的病机特征为“心肾虚衰,肾虚为本”,并提出“补肾强心”的治法,临床运用时强调“补肾为主,益气为辅”“温补为主,滋补为辅”“正虚邪实,权衡缓急”及“中西协同,扬长避短”。作者并简要回顾了基于补肾法治疗心衰病的现代研究。

Heart failure is a common clinical disease.The general treatment principles are replenishing Qi,warming yang,nourishing yin,promoting blood circulation and diuresis.Director LI Shaomin is the instructor of the seventh batch of national old Chinese medicine experts' academic experience inheritance work,and a famous Chinese medicine doctor in Anhui Province.He has rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure.Director Li analyzed and summarized the pathogenesis characteristics of heart failure from three aspects:the physiological relationship between heart and kidney,the correlation between the main symptoms of heart failure and kidney dysfunction,and the role of kidney deficiency in the damage of heart Qi,blood,yin and yang.“Heart and kidney deficiency,kidney deficiency is the basis”,and put forward the treatment method of “tonifying the kidney and strengthening the heart”,emphasizing in clinical application that “kidney tonifying is the main,and Qi is supplemented”,“warming is the main,nourishing is the supplement”,“positive deficiency and evil excess,weighing priorities” and “Chinese and Western synergy,making use of strengths and avoiding weaknesses”.The author also briefly reviewed the modern research on the treatment of heart failure based on the kidney-tonifying method.
