疏肝解郁方联合针刺治疗脑卒中后抑郁疗效观察

observation on Curative Effect of Shugan Jieyu Decoction Combined with Acupuncture in Treating Post-Stroke Depression

目的:探讨疏肝解郁方联合针刺治疗脑卒中后抑郁(post-stroke depression,PSD)病人的效果观察。方法:将60例安徽中医药大学第二附属医院2021年6月—2022年8月收治的PSD患者作为研究对象,按简单随机法分对照组(普通针刺)和观察组(予普通针刺联合疏肝解郁方)各30例,2组均行脑卒中常规治疗,观察对比2组患者治疗前、后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI评分),血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量变化。结果:2组治疗后HAMD-17、PSQI评分较治疗前均下降(P<0.01),血清5-HT水平有升高趋势(P<0.01),观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义;结论:疏肝解郁方联合针刺治疗脑卒中后抑郁效果显著优于普通针刺、疗效明显、操作简便,不影响患者的正常生活工作,患者也更容易接受,能明显改善病人的抑郁状态,增强日常生活能力。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Shugan Jieyu decoction combined with acupuncture in treating post-stroke depression(PSD) patients.Methods:60 patients with PSD who were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to August 2022 were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group(common acupuncture) and observation group(common acupuncture) by simple random method.Combined with Shugan Jieyu decoction for 30 cases in each group,both groups received conventional treatment for stroke,observed and compared the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD-17),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI score),serum 5-hydroxytryptamine before and after treatment in the two groups.(5-HT) content changes.Results:After treatment,the scores of HAMD-17 and PSQI in the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the serum 5-HT levels tended to increase(P<0.01).Conclusion:Shugan Jieyu decoction combined with acupuncture is significantly better than ordinary acupuncture in treating post-stroke depression.It has obvious curative effect and is easy to operate.state,enhance the ability of daily life.
