舒眠解郁汤治疗肝郁气滞型失眠临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Shumian Jieyu Decoction in Treating Insomnia of Liver Depression and Qi Stagnation

目的:评价舒眠解郁汤治疗肝郁气滞型失眠的临床疗效。方法:该研究采用随机、对照的临床研究方法。将140例肝郁气滞型失眠患者随机分为观察组(70例)与对照组(70例),观察组用药为舒眠解郁汤+右佐匹克隆,对照组用药为右佐匹克隆。两组疗程均为4周。比较两组患者试验前后中医证候疗效评分、失眠严重程度指数量表(Insomnia Severity Index,ISI)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)以及其各因子评分。结果:在接受药物治疗4周后,观察组治疗痊愈率、显效率、有效率、总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组、观察组PSQI总分以及失眠严重程度指数均显著下降,且观察组较对照组得分更低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中PSQI在睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍以及日间功能得分上观察组均低于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒眠解郁汤能够有效改善患者失眠的临床症状,临床应用价值较高。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shumian Jieyu decoction in the treatment of insomnia of liver depression and Qi stagnation.Methods:This study adopts a randomized,controlled clinical research method.140 patients with insomnia due to liver depression and Qi stagnation were randomly divided into observation group(70 cases) and control group(70 cases)..The course of treatment for both groups was 4 weeks.The TCM syndrome curative effect score,Insomnia Severity Index(ISI),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) and its various factor scores were compared between the two groups before and after the test.Results:After 4 weeks of drug treatment,the recovery rate,marked rate,effective rate,and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the PSQI total scores of the control group and the observation group and insomnia severity index decreased significantly,and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The functional scores of the observation group were lower than those of the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shumian Jieyu decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with insomnia,and has high clinical application value.
