疏肝解郁胶囊对老年抑郁症患者认知功能及神经功能的影响

Effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsule on Cognitive Function and Neural Function in Elderly Patients with Depression

目的:观察舒肝解郁胶囊治疗抑郁症对老年患者认知功能、神经功能以及神经递质水平的影响。方法:84例研究对象均选自该院2020年1月—2022年10月收治的老年抑郁症患者,随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各42例。对照组以草酸艾司西酞普兰片进行治疗,观察组在此基础上加用舒肝解郁胶囊,两组患者均持续治疗6周。比较两组患者临床各项指标。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的临床总有效率与对照组相比较高;与治疗前比,治疗后两组瞬时记忆、短时记忆、长时记忆以及记忆商数各项评分与血清多巴胺(DA)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平升高,且观察组高于对照组;血清S100β、髓磷脂碱性蛋白(MBP)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年抑郁症患者加用舒肝解郁胶囊能够有效改善其认知功能,调节神经递质与神经功能,疗效显著。

Objective To explore the effects of Shugan Jieyu Capsule on cognitive function,neural function and neurotransmitter level in elderly patients with depression.Methods 84 elderly patients with depression admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Escitalopram oxalate tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with Shugan Jieyu Capsule.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks.The clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.Compared with before treatment,the levels of serum dopamine( DA),norepinephrine( NE),5-hydroxytryptamine( 5-HT) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor( BDNF) of the two groups increased after treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group.Serum S100β,myelin basic protein(MBP),neuron specific enolase( NSE) levels decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group.,the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Jieyu Capsule can effectively improve cognitive function and regulate neurotransmitter and nerve function in elderly patients with depression.
