督脉灸对胃癌患者N糖及细胞免疫调节作用的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Regulating Effect of Du Moxibustion on N-Glycan and Cellular Immunity in Patients with Gastric Cancer

目的:观察督脉灸对胃癌患者N糖及细胞免疫功能的调节作用。方法:将63例胃癌患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组31例。两组都给予中药口服,治疗组加用督脉灸,2周为1个疗程,连续治疗6个疗程。观察两组患者治疗前后外周血中N糖的变化及CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)的变化。结果:与治疗前相比,对照组Peak1、Peak9均有降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组Peak1、Peak9明显降低(P<0.05);两组患者的Peak2均无显著性改变(P>0.05);治疗组Peak6显著性升高(P<0.05),对照组无明显变化(P>0.05)。与治疗前对比,对照组与治疗组的CD3^(+)、CD8^(+)无显著性变化(P>0.05);治疗组CD4^(+)有显著性升高(P<0.05),且与对照组治疗后相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均有升高,治疗组CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:督脉灸可调节胃癌患者外周血中N糖的表达,对细胞免疫功能也有一定调节作用。

Objective:To observe the regulating effect of Du moxibustion on N-glycan and cellular immunity in patients with gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 63 gastric cancer cases were randomized into the treatment group(n=32)and the control group(n=31).Both groups were given Chinese Medicine Decoction;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with Du moxibustion.The treatment duration was 12 weeks.The serum N-glycan,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were observed before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The values of Peak1 and Peak9 of serum N-glycan were significantly decreased after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the control group,but without statistical difference(P>0.05);the values of Peak1 and Peak9 were significantly decreased after the treatment than those before the treatment in the treatment group(P<0.05).Peak2 showed no significant changes in both groups(P>0.05).Peak6 was significantly increased in the treatment group after the treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant change in the control group.Compared with those before the treatment,there were no significant changes in CD3^(+)and CD8^(+)(P>0.05).CD4^(+)showed significant increase in the treatment group(P<0.05),and there was a statistical difference in CD4^(+)between the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05).CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)was increased in both groups after the treatment,and the increase was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Du moxibustion can regulate the value of serum N-glycan and enhance the cellular immune function in patients with gastric cancer.
