丹栀逍遥散加减治疗焦虑症研究进展

Research Progress of Modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder in Treatment of Anxiety

焦虑症是精神类疾病,是一种以焦虑情绪为主的神经症,临床常常表现为广泛和持续性焦虑或反复发作的惊恐不安。在临床研究层面,丹栀逍遥散能够明显降低HAMA评分和SAS评分,改善患者的睡眠状况,提高患者的生活质量,同时,丹栀逍遥散可以显著降低西药的毒副作用和药物依赖性。在实验研究层面,丹栀逍遥散可以改善大鼠的焦虑样行为。在生物学机制研究方面,丹栀逍遥散可以显著改善炎症的发生、减少细胞凋亡、保护神经元损伤以及提高线粒体功能、提高脑源性神经营养因子分泌,从而改善焦虑样行为。目前暂未有关于丹栀逍遥散加减防治焦虑疾病的细胞实验研究。本研究结合焦虑症的发病机制,对丹栀逍遥散加减的文献古籍研究、临床应用和实验研究等方面进行了系统综述,总结丹栀逍遥散防治焦虑症的作用机制,为临床治疗焦虑症和实验进一步研究机制提供新的思路。

Anxiety disorder is a mental disease,Which is a kind of anxiety based neurosis,clinical manifestations are often extensive and persistent anxiety or repeated attacks of panic.Clinically,Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder can significantly reduce HAMA score and SAS score,improve patients’sleep status and improve patients’quality of life.At the same time,Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder can significantly reduce the toxic side effects of Western medication and drug dependence.Experimentally,Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder can improve the anxiety-like behavior of the rats.In terms of biological mechanism,it can significantly improve the occurrence of inflammation,reduce cell apoptosis and protect neuron damage,improve mitochondrial function,increase secretion of BDNF,so as to improve anxiety-like behavior.At present,there is no cellular experimental research on modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder preventing or treating anxiety disease.This study reviewed ancient literature studies,clinical applications and experimental studies of modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder by combining the pathogenesis of anxiety,the action mechanism of the formula was concluded to provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of anxiety and in-depth experimental researches.
