人造板表面胶合强度测试试验辅助装置设计及应用

摘要 基于GB/T 17657—2022《人造板及饰面人造板理化性能试验方法》中4.15表面胶合强度测定要求,设计出用于卡头与人造板表面胶合强度测试试件相粘合的辅助装置,解决人造板表面胶合强度测试试件在与卡头粘接操作过程中表面滑动和胶液溢入槽内的问题。试验结果表明,该辅助装置结构简单、操作便捷,设计满足试验要求。 Based on the testing requirements of surface bonding strength in GB/T 17657—2022 Test Methods for Physical and Chemical Properties of Wood-based Panels and faced Wood-based Panels,this paper designed an auxiliary device for bonding the clamp and test piece for surface bonding strength test of the wood-based panel.The auxiliary device could solve the problems of surface sliding and glue liquid overflow into the slot during the bonding operation.The test results showed the auxiliary device had a simple structure and convenient operation,and met the experimental requirements.
