摘要
目的探究红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平变化与肺炎支原体感染患儿病情程度的相关性。方法分析2020年2月-2022年8月安庆市第一人民医院收治的98例肺炎支原体感染患儿的临床资料,不同病情程度儿童的RDW和CRP水平变化,分析RDW、CRP水平变化与肺炎支原体感染患儿病情程度的相关性,并通过受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析RDW、CRP水平变化对肺炎支原体感染患儿病情程度的预测价值。结果重度组RDW、CRP水平分别为(16.82±2.24)%、(12.16±3.45)mg/L,明显高于非重度组(14.18±1.84)%、(7.88±2.39)mg/L,差异均有统计学意义(t=5.279、6.534,P均<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,肺炎支原体感染患儿病情严重程度与RDW、CRP水平具有相关性(r=0.288、0.332,P均<0.05)。ROC分析结果显示,RDW、CRP联合预测肺炎支原体感染患儿病情程度的曲线下面积为0.904,灵敏度为0.778,特异度为0.912。结论RDW、CRP水平变化与肺炎支原体感染患儿病情程度存在一定关联,联合检测RDW、CRP对肺炎支原体感染患儿病情程度具有一定的指导意义。
Objective To explore the correlation between red blood cell distribution width,C-reactionprotein(CRP)level and the severity of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children and its clinical significance.Methods Clinical data of 98children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection treated in the Anqing city First People's Hospital from February 2020 to August 2022 were analyzed.The correlation between the changes of RDW and CRP levels and the disease severity of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection was analyzed,and the predictive value of the changes of RDW and CRP levels on the disease severity of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection was analyzed by ROC curve.Results The levels of RDW and CRP in the severe group were(16.82±2.24)%and(12.16±3.45)mg/L,which were significantly higher than those of the non-severe group(14.18±1.84)%and(7.88±2.39)mg/L(t=5.279,6.534,all P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the severity of illness in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection was correlated with RDW and CRP levels(r=0.288,0.332,all P<0.05).The results of ROC analysis showed that the area under the curve of RDW and CRP combined to predict the severity of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection was 0.904,the sensitivity was 0.778,and the specificity was 0.912.Conclusions There was a certain correlation between the changes of red blood cell distribution width and CRP levels and the illness degree of children infected with Mycoplasma pneumoniae.Combined detection of RDW and CRP had certain guiding significance for the illness degree of children infected with Mycoplasma pneumoniae.
