眉山市早教师资人才社会需求调查与研究

摘要 早教师资队伍建设水平直接影响着0岁~3岁婴幼儿早期教育质量。对眉山市55所早教机构和185名0岁~3岁婴幼儿家长进行调查,发现眉山市早教师资人才总体数量不足,专业化水平不高,早教机构和0岁~3岁婴幼儿家长对早教教师的专业知识、专业能力、专业理念和师德素养提出不同程度的要求,高职院校申办早期教育专业具有广阔的发展前景。建议从国家层面制定《早期教育教师专业标准》,规范高校早期教育专业人才培养,校企深度融合,构建早教教师职前职后贯通培养体系。 The construction level of early education teaching staff directly affects the quality of early education for infants and young children aged 0-3.A survey was conducted on 55 early childhood education institutions and 185 parents of 0-3 year old infants and young children in Meishan city.It was found that the overall number of early childhood teacher talents in Meishan city is insufficient,and the level of specialization is not high.Early childhood education institutions and parents of 0-3 year old infants and young children have varying degrees of requirements for the professional knowledge,professional ability,professional philosophy,and professional ethics of early childhood education teachers.The application of higher vocational colleges for early childhood education majors has broad development prospects.It is recommended to formulate the Professional Standards for Early Education Teachers at the national level,standardize the training of early education professionals in universities,deeply integrate schools and enterprises,and build a comprehensive training system for early education teachers before and after service.
