摘要
职业教育区别于普通教育的关键之处就是更注重学生的实践能力培养,而高职院校专业课教师在其中起到了至关重要的作用,关系到培养目标能否实现。文章基于高职专业教师实践能力的现状,分析教师实践能力提升的困境,从教师职称的不同层次将教师实践能力分为能力储备阶段、能力传输阶段和能力转化阶段,从而构建专业教师实践能力结构模型,并立足于能力结构模型提出不同阶段教师实践能力的具体培养路径。
The key difference between higher vocational education and general education is that it focuses more on cultivating students'practical abilities,and professional course teachers in higher vocational colleges play a crucial role in it,which is related to whether the training objectives can be achieved.Based on the current situation of professional teachers'practical abilities in higher vocational education,this article analyzes the difficulties in improving teachers'practical abilities.From different levels of teacher titles,teachers'practical abilities are divided into ability reserve stage,ability transmission stage,and ability transformation stage,thus constructing a structural model of professional teachers'practical abilities.Based on the ability structure model,specific training paths for teachers'practical abilities at different stages are proposed.
