摘要
中职教育是我国综合教育的重要组成,教育特点是职业化倾向,教育内容及教育方向都趋向于社会就业,教育重点是职业素养培养,需要结合中职学生年龄特点、学习能力、职业规划等,对职业素养培养策略进行不断优化与调整。文章以中职英语专业为例,对工匠精神的实质内涵进行分析与确定,探析中职英语专业学生职业素养情况以及培养问题,并提出以工匠精神为引领的职业素养培养策略,以推动中职英语专业教育发展,提高学生职业素养。
As an important component of comprehensive education in China,secondary vocational education is characterized by a tendency towards professionalization,with educational content and direction tending towards social employment.The focus of education is on cultivating vocational literacy,which needs to be continuously optimized and adjusted based on the age characteristics,learning ability,and career planning of secondary vocational students.The article takes the English major in vocational schools as an example to analyze and determine the essence of craftsmanship spirit,explore the situation and cultivation problems of vocational English major students'professional literacy,and propose a vocational competence cultivation strategy led by craftsmanship spirit to promote the development of vocational English major education and improve students'professional competence.
