高职院校劳动教育实施路径刍探

Exploration of the Implementation Path of Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

劳动是个人维持生存与发展的必要手段。劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育事业的重要组成部分,是学生实现德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的根本保障。文章针对高职院校开展的劳动教育面临的教师教学形式单一、学生劳动意识淡薄等问题,提出构建系统、完备的劳动教育体系,完善劳动教育的考核与评价机制,建设家庭、学校、社会多维联动的劳动教育模式,丰富劳动教育的内容和形式等,以期提高高职院校劳动教育实效。

Labor is a necessary means for individuals to maintain their survival and development.Labor education is an important component of socialist education with Chinese characteristics,and is the fundamental guarantee for students to achieve comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor qualities.The article proposes to build a systematic and complete labor education system,improve the assessment and evaluation mechanism of labor education,negotiate a multi-dimensional linkage model of family,school,and society,enrich the content and form of labor education,in response to the problems faced by teachers with single teaching forms and students with weak labor awareness in higher vocational colleges.in order to improve the effectiveness of labor education in higher vocational colleges.
