新时代高职院校“五育融合”的实践路径研究

Research on the Practical Path of"Five Education Integration"in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

新时代背景下,高职院校肩负着培养全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的重任。“五育融合”是新时代培养国家所需人才的重要举措,是促进学生全面发展的本质需求,是一种思维突破,也是一种理念创新。文章针对新时代高职院校实施“五育融合”面临的困境,提出德育铸魂、智育固本、体育强健、美育浸润、劳动教育淬炼的“五育融合”实践路径,以期培养出“政治合格、技能精湛、体能过硬、文化素养高、劳动意识强”的新时代专业人才。

In the context of the new era,vocational colleges shoulder the heavy responsibility of cultivating comprehensively developed socialist builders and successors."The integration of five educations"is an important measure to cultivate the talents required by the country in the new era,an essential requirement to promote the comprehensive development of students,a breakthrough in thinking,and also a conceptual innovation.In response to the difficulties faced by vocational colleges in implementing the"five educations integration"in the new era,the article proposes a practical path of"five educations integration",which includes moral education casting the soul,intellectual education consolidating the foundation,physical fitness strengthening,aesthetic education infiltration,and labor education refining,in order to cultivate new era professional talents with"political qualification,skilled skills,strong physical fitness,high cultural literacy,and strong labor consciousness".
