高职康复治疗技术专业人才培养存在的问题与对策研究——以闽西职业技术学院康复治疗技术专业为例

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Talent Cultivation in Higher Vocational School Rehabilitation Therapy Technology——Taking the Rehabilitation Therapy Technology Major of Minxi Vocational&Technical College as an Example

文章以闽西职业技术学院康复治疗技术专业为例,从高职康复治疗技术专业人才培养的社会背景、高职康复治疗技术专业人才培养存在的问题、探索提升高职康复治疗技术专业人才综合能力的策略等三方面进行探讨,指出要通过不断调整教学模式、不断优化教学方法、逐步改善实训条件、加强实习见习的管理、加大康复技能大赛的比赛力度、搭建康复治疗创新创业实践教育平台、不断探索开展“康复治疗技能综合实训”等路径提升闽西高职康复治疗技术专业人才的综合能力,以助力闽西康养产业的发展。

Taking the rehabilitation treatment technology major of Minxi Vocational&Technical College as an example,this article explores the social background of talent cultivation in the rehabilitation treatment technology major,the problems in talent cultivation in the rehabilitation treatment technology major of Minxi Vocational&Technical College,and explores the implementation path to improve the comprehensive ability of talent in the rehabilitation treatment technology major of Minxi Vocational&Technical College.It points out that it is necessary to continuously adjust teaching modes,optimize teaching methods gradually improving practical training conditions,strengthening the management of internships,increasing the competition intensity of rehabilitation skills competitions,building a rehabilitation treatment innovation and entrepreneurship practical education platform,and continuously exploring the implementation of"comprehensive rehabilitation treatment skills training"to enhance the comprehensive ability of rehabilitation treatment technology professionals in Minxi vocational colleges,in order to assist in the development of the rehabilitation industry in Minxi.
