摘要
思政课程与课程思政目标相同、价值取向一致、思政资源互补,为两者协同建设提供了可行性的基础。当前,两者协同建设存在顶层设计不完善、教师协同育人能力有待提升、专业课与通识课并未充分发挥思政育人功能、监督体系不健全等问题。为充分发挥两者协同建设的价值,高职院校应做好顶层设计,构建“大思政”格局;打造协同育人队伍,激活主力军;强化课程协同建设,筑牢支点;完善监督体系,确保协同建设工作有效落实。
The ideological and political curriculum has the same goals,consistent value orientations,and complementary ideological and political resources as the curriculum,providing a feasible foundation for the collaborative construction of the two.At present,there are problems in the collaborative construction of the two,such as incomplete top-level design,the need to improve teachers'collaborative education ability,the insufficient utilization of ideological and political education functions in professional and general courses,and an incomplete supervision system.To fully leverage the value of collaborative construction between the two,higher vocational colleges should do a good job in top-level design and build a"big ideological and political"pattern;build a collaborative education team and activate the main force;strengthen the collaborative construction of courses and build solid support points;improve the supervision system to ensure the effective implementation of collaborative construction work.
