摘要
因轻质、耐腐蚀等优点,铝箔广泛应用于食品和医药、包装、电子、建筑等多个领域。表面质量是评价铝箔质量的重要指标之一。本课题针对1100铝合金装饰箔出现的白条状缺陷进行分析,并提出改善措施。结果表明,1100铝合金装饰箔白条缺陷的微观组织与正常部位相比有明显差异,但能谱成分对比分析表明二者在成分上并无差异。用深圳新星出口级铝钛硼丝代替普通B级铝钛硼丝,同时采取除气箱入口的铝钛硼丝加装摇摆钛丝机,将铝钛硼丝加入点的铝液温度稳定控制在715℃之上等措施,可有效减少成品表面纤维组织和形核不均的现象,对1100铝合金装饰箔白条缺陷的控制有显著效果。
Aluminum foil is widely used in many fields such as food,medicine,packaging,electronics,construction and so on because of its light weight and corrosion resistance.Therefore,the surface quality of aluminum foil has become one of the important indicators to evaluate the quality of the product.The white stripe defects of 1100 aluminum alloy decorative foil were studied and the improvement measures were put forward.The results show that the microstructure of defects is denser than that of the normal part.The energy spectrum analysis shows that there is no difference in composition between the two parts.Such measures were taken simultaneously as using the export grade Al-Ti-B wire of Shenzhen Sunxing instead of the ordinary B-grade Al-Ti-B wire,installing swing titanium wire machine with Al-Ti-B wire at the entrance of the degassing box,and stabilizing the temperature of aluminum melt of adding Al-Ti-B wire above 715℃.They can effectively reduce the uneven phenomenon of fiber structure and nucleation on product surface,and have a significant effect on the control of white stripe defects of 1100 aluminum alloy decorative foil.
