摘要
矿井风速传感器是一种智能化的电子检测装置,用于检测煤矿主测风巷道、风口和主扇井口的风速。它是实现井下风速监测,保障煤矿安全运行环境,保障煤矿安全生产的重要仪器。以风速传感器的工作原理和检定方法为出发点,分析了风速传感器在工作中常见的问题,提出一种可靠的风速传感器检测方法,并通过对实验中各种误差的分析,提高矿井风速传感器的检测和标校精度,为检测和标校工作提供参考。
The mine wind speed sensor is an intelligent electronic detection device used to detect the wind speed of the main wind measurement roadway,air outlet and main fan wellhead in coal mine.It is an important instrument for realizing underground wind speed monitoring,ensuring the safe operating environment of coal mine,and ensuring safe production in coal mine.Starting from the working principle and verification method of the wind speed sensor,this paper analyzes the common problems encountered in the work of the wind speed sensor,proposes a reliable detection method for the wind speed sensor,and improves the detection and calibration accuracy of the mine wind speed sensor through the analysis of various errors in the experiment,providing a reference for the detection and calibration work.
