瑞能煤矿薄煤层切顶卸压自动成巷无煤柱开采技术 被引量:2

Automatic roadway formation and non-pillar mining technology for roof cutting and pressure relief in thin coal seam of Ruineng Coal Mine

摘要 针对无煤柱自动成巷巷道围岩稳定性问题,以瑞能煤矿为工程背景,分别从工作面巷道布置方式、顶板结构特征、开采期间围岩变形特征等3方面进行对比分析。阐述薄煤层切顶卸压自动成巷无煤柱开采围岩变形特征,具体分析切顶卸压自动成巷施工工艺,设计并优化恒阻锚索施工、预裂切缝孔施工、预裂切缝爆破作业、留巷支护等施工工序及参数。突出无煤柱自动成巷开采在维护巷道围岩稳定、减少巷道支护成本、减少煤炭资源浪费、缓解接续紧张等方面的优势,该研究可为同类型煤矿应用薄煤层切顶卸压自动成巷技术提供借鉴。 Aiming at the stability problem of surrounding rock in automatic roadway formation without coal pillars,taking the Ruineng Coal Mine as the engineering background,a comparative analysis was made from three aspects:the roadway layout of the working face,the structural characteristics of the roof,and the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock during the mining period.This paper expounds the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock in non-pillar mining of roof cutting and pressure relief automatic roadway formation in thin coal seams,specifically analyzes the construction process of roof cutting and pressure relief automatic roadway formation,and designs and optimizes the construction procedures and parameters such as constant resistance anchor cable construction,presplitting cutting hole construction,presplitting cutting blasting operation,and retaining roadway support.The advantages of automatic roadway formation mining without coal pillars in maintaining the stability of roadway surrounding rock,reducing roadway support costs,reducing coal resource waste,and alleviating the tension of continuity are highlighted.This study can provide a reference for the application of automatic roadway formation technology in thin coal seam roof cutting and pressure relief in the same type of coal mines.
