余吾煤业N1105工作面沿空留巷支护应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决余吾煤业N1105工作面胶带顺槽沿空留巷围岩变形严重的问题,特提出在此巷道进行沿空留巷加强支护,超前在巷道原有支护的基础上铺设两层菱形金属网和一层钢筋网片、补打锚索补强支护,运用柔模混凝土墙体在巷道回采侧进行永久加强支护,对巷道超前30 m、滞后200 m范围内进行临时加强支护。实践表明,沿空留巷支护能有效解决围岩变形严重问题,尤其是对顶板下沉有很好的支护效果,全巷道顶板基本无明显变化,个别地段顶板稍有下沉。矿压监测显示,留巷顶板最大下沉量为235 mm,底鼓最大值为1080 mm,帮鼓最大值为432 mm,除底鼓变化量较大以外,顶板下沉和帮鼓得到有效控制。 In order to solve the problem of serious deformation of the surrounding rock gob-side entry retaining along the belt in the N1105 working face of Yuwu Coal Industry,it is proposed to strengthen the support of gob-side entry retaining in this roadway,and advance to lay two layers of diamond-shaped metal mesh and a layer of steel mesh on the basis of the original support of the roadway,and repair the anchor cable reinforcement support,the use of flexible concrete wall to permanently strengthen the support on the side of the roadway back to the mine,and temporarily strengthen the support of the roadway within 30 m ahead and 200 m behind.Through practical application,it is shown that the gob-side entry retaining support can effectively solve the serious problem of surrounding rock deformation,especially for the sinking of the roof has a good effect,the roof of the whole roadway has basically no obvious change,and the roof of individual sections has slightly sunk.Mine pressure monitoring shows that the maximum sinking amount of the retaining roadway roof is 235 mm,the maximum value of the bottom drum is 1080 mm,and the maximum value of the side drum is 432 mm,in addition to the large change of the bottom drum,the sinking of the roof and the side drum are effectively controlled.
