中国跨境电商产业迅速发展,从业人员数量急剧增长,但是从业人员的综合素质与行业发展要求不匹配。本文分析了跨境电商从业人员继续教育的现状和重要性,提出了跨境电商从业人员继续教育的内容和途径,以求提高跨境电商从业人员的综合竞争力。

With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce in China,the number of employees has increased sharply.But the comprehensive quality of employees does not match the requirements of industry development.This paper analyzes the importance and present situation of continuing education of cross-border e-commerce practitioners,and puts forward the contents and ways of continuing education of cross-border e-commerce practitioners,in the purpose of improving the comprehensive competitiveness of cross-border e-commerce practitioners.
