欧李果实纯露的提取工艺优化及抗氧化活性分析 被引量:2

Optimization of Extraction Process and Antioxidant Analysis of Chinese Dwarf Cherry(Cerasus humilis(Bge.)Sok)Fruits

摘要 欧李[Cerasus humilis(Bge.)Sok.]是我国的一种多功能性特色林果,作为新兴植物资源,其香气化合物的研究还不深入,尤其是欧李纯露还未有前人研究。笔者以欧李果实为试材,利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取欧李纯露,通过响应面试验方法优化了欧李纯露的提取工艺,对其进行组分分析,并验证了其抗氧化活性。结果表明,欧李纯露的最佳工艺参数:料液比1:2(g/mL)、蒸流时间40min、蒸馏温度115℃,其影响大小为蒸馅时间>蒸馏温度料液比。对6种欧李品种的纯露进行GC-MS成分分析,总共鉴定出119种挥发性物质,有21种共有的挥发性物质。6种欧李品种纯露抗氧化测定试验中,“农大4号”纯露与其他品种相比有较显著的抗氧化能力,“农大4号”纯露DPPH·自由基清除力为26.77%、ABTS清除力为29.57%、FRAP还原力为58.37%。本研究为欧李资源的综合利用和开发提供了科学依据与理论参考。 In this experiment,the fruit of Chinese dwarf cherry was used as the test material,and the hydrosol was extracted with steam distillation method.The extraction process was optimized through the response surface test,the component analysis was carried out,and the antioxidant activity was also verified.The results showed that the optimum technological parameters of Olisulanine are as follows:The ratio of material to liquid was set at 1:2(g/mL),and the reflux time was 40min,while the distllation temperature was at 115C,and the influence was distillation time>distillation temperature>solid-liquid ratio;The GC-MS analysis of hydrosols extracted from six C.humilis germlasms revealed a total of 119 kinds of volatile substances,and 21 volatile substances were commonly existed in all germplasms;In the determination of anti-oxidation of hydrosol of 6 varieties of Chinese dwarf cherry,compared with other varieties,'Nongda 4'hy-drosol had significant antioxidant capacity,DPPH scavenging power,ABTS scavenging power and FRAP reducing power were 26.77%,29.57%and 58.37%respectively.The results of this study provide scientific basis and theoretical reference for the comprehensive uti-lization and development of Chinese dwarf cherry.
