应用型高校校外教学质量评价初探

A Preliminary Study on the External Evaluation of Teaching Quality in Application-oriented Colleges and Universities

教学质量是高等学校生存与发展的生命线。教师教学质量评价是教师了解自身教学状况和教学效果的重要途径。应用型高校是我国高等院校的重要组成部分,担负着为国家和社会培养各类应用型人才的伟大使命。鉴于当下我国几乎所有高校均采用的校内教学质量评价方法无法与社会接轨,并且存在与校外教学质量严重脱节的情况,笔者提出了对应用型高校增加校外教学质量评价的建议。校内教学质量评价与校外教学质量评价相互补充、相互促进、相辅相成,二者有机结合符合新时代教育教学的新要求。合理增加校外教学质量评价在完善应用型高校教学质量评价体系的同时,也能够有效促进教师教学质量的全面提升,有助于培养高素质应用型人才。

Teaching quality is the lifeline for the survival and development of higher education institutions.Teachers'teaching quality e-valuation is essential for teachers to know their teaching conditions and effect.Application-oriented colleges and universities are a criti-cal part of our country's institutions of higher learning,which shoulder the great mission of training all kinds of application-oriented tal-ents for the government and society.The evaluation of teaching quality in school,which almost all universities widely adopt in our coun-try,can not be in line with society and is seriously out of touch with the quality of teaching outside school.In this paper,we put forward the application of colleges and universities to increase the quality of off-campus teaching evaluation measures.The evaluation of teaching quality inside the school and outside the school complements promotes,and complements each other.The organic combination of the two accords with the new requirements of education and teaching in the new era.A moderate increase in teaching quality evaluation outside school can improve the teaching quality evaluation system of application-oriented colleges and universities but also effectively promote the overall improvement of teachers'teaching quality,thus helping our country with high-quality application-oriented personnel training.
