龙牡熄风汤联合穴位埋线治疗脑梗死的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of Longmu Xifeng Decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding on cerebral infarction

目的 观察脑梗死(CI)采取龙牡熄风汤+穴位埋线治疗的效果。方法 120例CI患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组给予龙牡熄风汤+穴位埋线治疗。比较两组治疗前后临床中风症状积分、实验室指标、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分及治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,观察组中风症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率95.00%(57/60)高于对照组的83.33%(50/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白(CRP)(7.12±2.05)mg/L、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(2.40±0.35)mmol/L、同型半胱氨酸(7.65±1.82)μmol/L均低于对照组的(12.08±2.57)mg/L、(2.54±0.10)mmol/L、(10.23±2.14)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分(13.46±0.17)分、mRS评分(2.01±0.44)分均低于对照组的(17.70±2.37)、(3.13±0.24)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现不良反应。结论 龙牡熄风汤联合穴位埋线治疗CI患者可有效改善其实验室指标,减轻临床症状,提升治疗效果。

Objective To observe the effect of Longmu Xifeng Decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding on cerebral infarction(CI).Methods A total of 120 CI patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Longmu Xifeng Decoction and acupoint catgut embedding.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical stroke symptom score,laboratory indexes,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score and modified Rankin Scale(mRS)score before and after treatment,therapeutic effect,and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results After treatment,the stroke symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 95.00%(57/60)in the observation group was higher than that of 83.33%(50/60)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had CRP of(7.12±2.05)mg/L,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol of(2.40±0.35)mmol/L,and homocysteine of(7.65±1.82)μmol/L,which were lower than those of(12.08±2.57)mg/L,(2.54±0.10)mmol/L,and(10.23±2.14)μmol/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score of(13.46±0.17)points and mRS score of(2.01±0.44)points in the observation group were lower than those of(17.70±2.37)and(3.13±0.24)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion The combination of Longmu Xifeng Decoction and acupoint catgut embedding can effectively improve the laboratory indexes,relieve clinical symptoms and enhance the therapeutic effect of CI patients.
