子宫颈环形电切术治疗子宫颈癌前病变的效果

Effect of Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure of Cervix in the Treatment of Precancerous Lesion of Cervix

目的:探究子宫颈环形电切术治疗子宫颈癌前病变的效果。方法:选取2019年12月—2020年12月沧州中西医结合医院收治的84例子宫颈癌前病变患者作为本次研究对象。根据随机数表法将其平均分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组采用宫颈冷刀锥切术治疗,观察组采用子宫颈环形电切术治疗。比较两组术后3个月的临床疗效,围手术期指标,不同转化区切除椎体长度,并发症及术后复发情况。结果:术后3个月,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型转化区患者切除椎体长度均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率和复发率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子宫颈癌前病变患者采用子宫颈环形电切术治疗可以提高手术效果,减小切除椎体长度,降低并发症发生率和复发率。

Objective:To explore the effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure of cervix in the treatment of precancerous lesion of cervix.Method:From December 2019 to December 2020,84 patients with precancerous lesion of cervix admitted to Cangzhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were equally divided into control group and observation group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cervix cold knife conization,and the observation group was treated with loop electrosurgical excision procedure of cervix.The clinical efficacy at 3 months after operation,perioperative indicators,length of the resected vertebral body in different transformation zones,complications and postoperative recurrence condition were compared between the two groups.Result:Three months after operation,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of the resected vertebral body in patients with transformation zone of typeⅠ,ⅡandⅢin observation group were smaller than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complication and recurrence rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Loop electrosurgical excision procedure of cervix in patients with cervical precancerous lesions can improve the surgical effect,reduce the length of the resected vertebra,and reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate.
