家属参与式护理对精神分裂症患者治疗依从性、临床症状、家庭亲密度和适应性的影响

Impact of Family Participation Nursing on Treatment Compliance,Clinical Symptoms,Family Intimacy and Adaptability of Schizophrenia Patients

目的:探讨家属参与式护理对精神分裂症患者治疗依从性、临床症状、家庭亲密度和适应性的影响。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月在湖北科技学院附属第二医院治疗的98例精神分裂症患者,将2021年6—12月实行常规院内护理模式的49例纳入对照组,将2022年1—6月实行家属参与式护理的49例纳入观察组;观察组采取家属参与式护理,对照组采用院内护理模式;两组均持续护理2个月。比较两组的治疗依从性、临床症状、社会功能、家庭亲密度和适应性。结果:护理2个月后,两组的治疗依从性高于护理前,且观察组的治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理2个月后,观察组的简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、住院精神病患者康复疗效评价量表(IPROS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理2个月后,观察组的精神分裂症患者生活质量量表(SQLS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理2个月后,观察组的中文版家庭亲密度和适应性量表第2版(FACESⅡ-CV)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家属参与式护理可以更大限度地提升患者的治疗依从性,改善临床症状,提升社会功能、家庭亲密度和适应性。

Objective:To explore the impact of family participation nursing on treatment compliance,clinical symptoms,family intimacy,and adaptability of schizophrenia patients.Method:A total of 98 patients with schizophrenia who were treated at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hubei University of Science and Technology from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected,and 49 patients who underwent routine hospital care from June to December 2021 were included in the control group,and 49 patients who received family participation nursing care from January to June 2022 were included in the observation group.The observation group received family participation nursing,while the control group received in routine hospital nursing.Both groups received continuous care for 2 months.The treatment compliance,clinical symptoms,social function,family intimacy and adaptability between the two groups were compared.Result:After 2 months of nursing,the treatment compliance of the two groups was higher than those before nursing,and the treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of nursing care,the Brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS)and inpatient psychiatric rehabilitation outcome scale(IPROS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of nursing,the schizo-phrenia quality of life scale(SQLS)score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of nursing care,the family adaptability and cohesion scaleⅡ-Chinese version of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family participation nursing can greatly enhance patients'treatment compliance,improve clinical symptoms,and enhance social function,family intimacy and adaptability.
