加味麻杏石甘汤联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热蕴肺证患者的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Modified Maxing Shigan Decoction Combined with Acupoint Application on Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Phlegm Heat Accumulation Syndrome

目的:探究慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热蕴肺证患者采用加味麻杏石甘汤联合穴位贴敷治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2021年6月—2022年6月将乐县总医院收治的120例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热蕴肺证患者,采用病历号电脑抽签法分为研究组(n=60)与对照组(n=60)。对照组给予常规西医对症支持治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用加味麻杏石甘汤联合穴位贴敷治疗。对比两组治疗总有效率、中医症候积分、肺功能水平、炎症因子水平。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后中医症候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后肺功能指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后炎症因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热蕴肺证患者采用加味麻杏石甘汤联合穴位贴敷治疗效果显著,可缓解临床症状,改善肺功能,减轻炎症反应。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Modified Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with acupoint application on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with phlegm heat accumulation syndrome.Method:A total of 120 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with phlegm heat accumulation syndrome admitted to General Hospital of Jiangle County from June 2021 to June 2022 were enrolled in the study.The patients were divided into the study group(n=60)and the control group(n=60)by computer drawing of case number.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine for symptomatic support,the study group was treated with Modified Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,lung function and inflammatory factor levels of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of lung function in the study group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with acupoint application has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with phlegm heat accumulation syndrome,it can alleviate clinical symptoms,improve lung function,and reduce inflammatory reaction.
