聚乙二醇滴眼液联合妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液对白内障术后干眼患者的影响

Effect of Polyethylene Glycol Eye Drops Combined with Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Eye Drops in Patients with Dry Eye after Cataract Surgery

目的:探究聚乙二醇滴眼液联合妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液对白内障术后干眼患者的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年2月于厦门大学附属第一医院收治的96例白内障术后干眼患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法将患者分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=48)。对照组患者给予妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗,观察组患者给予聚乙二醇滴眼液联合妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、国际标准眼表疾病指数(OSDI)评分、视功能相关生命质量量表(NEI-VFQ25)评分、泪液炎症因子水平、泪液氧化应激水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的OSDI评分均降低,且观察组OSDI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的泪液白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)及白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平低于对照组,观察组的泪液脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平低于对照组,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的NEI-VFQ25评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:聚乙二醇滴眼液联合妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼患者,能有有效地降低患者泪液炎症因子水平和氧化应激水平,提高治疗效果,进而缓解患者的病情,提高患者的生活质量,且安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Polyethylene Glycol Eye Drops combined with Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Eye Drops in patients with dry eye after cataract surgery.Method:A total of 96 patients with dry eye after cataract surgery admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(n=48)and observation group(n=48).The patients in the control group were treated with Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Eye Drops.The observation group was treated with Polyethylene Glycol Eye Drops combined with Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Eye Drops.The therapeutic effects,international standard ocular surface disease index(OSDI)score,National Eye Institute Visual Function Questionnaire(NEI-VFQ25)score,levels of tear inflammatory factors,tear oxidative stress level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,OSDI scores in both groups decreased,and OSDI score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in tears of observation group were lower,the level of lipid peroxidation(LPO)in tears of observation group was lower,and the level of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in tears of observation group was higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the NEI-VFQ25 score of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Polyethylene Glycol Eye Drops combined with Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Eye Drops in the treatment of postoperative dry eye patients with cataract can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors and oxidative stress in the tears of patients,improve the therapeutic effect,and then relieve the patients'conditions,improve the quality of life for patients,and has high safety.
