注射用rhGH联合注射用胸腺肽α1治疗老年重症肺炎患者的效果

Effect of rhGH for Injection Combined with Thymosin α1 for Injection in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Severe Pneumonia

目的:研究注射用重组人生长激素(rhGH)联合注射用胸腺肽α1治疗老年重症肺炎患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年1—6月福建医科大学附属泉州市第一医院收治的100例老年重症肺炎患者的临床资料。根据不同治疗方式将其分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=52)。两组入院后均接受常规治疗,观察组给予注射用rhGH联合注射用胸腺肽α1治疗,对照组给予注射用rhGH治疗。比较两组治疗2周后临床效果,治疗前及治疗2周后免疫功能、炎症因子及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)升高,CD8^(+)降低,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,观察组C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:注射用rhGH联合注射用胸腺肽α1治疗老年重症肺炎患者可改善临床症状,提高免疫功能,降低炎症因子水平,效果较好。

Objective:To study the effect of Recombinant Human Growth Hormone(rhGH)for Injection combined with Thymosinα1 for Injection in the treatment of elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Method:The clinical data of 100 elderly patients with severe pneumonia in Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=48)and observation group(n=52).Both groups received routine treatment after admission.The observation group was treated with rhGH for Injection combined with Thymosinα1 for Injection,and the control group was treated with rhGH for Injection.The clinical efficacy after 2 weeks of treatment,immune function,inflammatory factors before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)were increased and CD8^(+)were decreased in the two groups,CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The rhGH for Injection combined with Thymosinα1 for Injection in the treatment of elderly patients with severe pneumonia can improve clinical symptoms,improve immune function,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and have a good effect.
