耳穴贴压联合中医情绪释放技术对肺癌化疗患者胃肠道反应、心理痛苦程度的影响

Effect of Auricular Point Sticking Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Emotion Release Technique on Gastrointestinal Reaction and Degree of Psychological Distress in Patients with Lung Cancer Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的:分析耳穴贴压联合中医情绪释放技术对肺癌化疗患者胃肠道反应、心理痛苦程度的影响。方法:选取溧阳市人民医院神经外科2019年4月─2022年3月收治的80例肺癌化疗患者,依照患者意愿分为两组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用耳穴贴压联合中医情绪释放技术,3个月后比较两组患者的胃肠道反应(恶心、呕吐、食欲差、腹胀)评分、心理痛苦程度(无痛苦、轻度痛苦、中度痛苦、重度痛苦)改善效果差异。结果:护理前两组胃肠道反应评分、心理痛苦程度改善效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理3个月后,两组胃肠道反应评分均低于护理前,心理痛苦程度改善效果优于护理前,且观察组改善效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴贴压联合中医情绪释放技术有助于减轻肺癌化疗患者胃肠道反应、改善心理痛苦程度。

Objective:To analyze the effect of auricular point sticking combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotion release technology on gastrointestinal reaction and degree of psychological distress in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Method:A total of 80 patients with lung cancer treated by chemotherapy in Neurosurgery Department of Liyang People's Hospital from April 2019 to March 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to their wishes,40 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received ear acupoint pressing combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotion release technology on the basis of the control group.After 3 months,the scores of gastrointestinal reactions(nausea,vomiting,poor appetite,abdominal distension)and the degree of psychological distress(no distress,mild distress,moderate distress and severe distress)were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no statistical significance in the improvement of gastrointestinal reaction score and psychological distress between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the gastrointestinal reaction score of both groups were lower than before nursing,the improvement effect of psychological distress were better than before nursing,and the improvement effect of observation group were better than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of ear acupoint pressing and traditional Chinese medicine emotion release technology can help alleviate gastrointestinal reactions and improve psychological distress in lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
