野山参粉联合美托洛尔对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及血管内皮功能的影响

Effect of Wild Ginseng Powder Combined with Metoprolol on Cardiac Function and Vascular Endothelial Function in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的:探讨野山参粉联合美托洛尔对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能及血管内皮功能的影响。方法:选取2018年1月─2019年12月在蕲春县人民医院住院治疗的CHF患者152例为研究对象。应用随机数表法将患者分为对照组(n=76)和观察组(n=76),对照组予以琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗,观察组予以野山参粉联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗,两组均持续治疗3个月。观察两组临床疗效,对两组心功能指标、6 min步行距离(6MWT)、生活质量评分、血管内皮功能指标[内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)]水平进行统计分析。结果:观察组总有效率为93.42%,高于对照组的80.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后左室射血分数(LVEF)、6MWT、NO、CGRP较治疗前升高,左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、B型利钠肽(BNP)、ET、生活质量评分较治疗前降低,且观察组治疗后上述指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:野山参粉联合美托洛尔治疗CHF可获得较好效果,能够有效调节血管内皮功能,改善心功能,促使患者生活质量改善。

Objective:To explore the effects of Wild Ginseng Powder combined with Metoprolol on cardiac function and vascular endothelial function in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Method:A total of 152 patients with CHF hospitalized in Qichun County People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(n=76)and observation group(n=76)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Metoprolol Succinate Sustainedrelease Tablets,while the observation group was treated with Wild Ginseng Powder combined with Metoprolol Succinate Sustainedrelease Tablets.Both groups continued to receive treatment for 3 months.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the cardiac function index,6-minute walking distance(6MWT),quality of life score,vascular endothelial function index[endothelin(ET),nitric oxide(NO),calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)]levels of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.42%,higher than 80.26%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),6MWT,NO and CGRP were higher than those of before treatment,while left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),ET and life quality scores were lower than those of before treatment,and the above indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Wild Ginseng Powder combined with Metoprolol has a good efficacy in the treatment of CHF.It can effectively regulate vascular endothelial function,improve cardiac function,and promote the improvement of patients'quality of life.
