黄体酮胶囊联合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗异常子宫出血的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Progesterone Capsules Combined with Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets in the Treatment of Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

目的:分析黄体酮胶囊结合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗异常子宫出血的效果。方法:选择2020年6月—2022年6月罗源县妇幼保健院收治的76例异常子宫出血患者,利用随机数表法分为两组,各38例。对照组给予黄体酮胶囊治疗,研究组接受黄体酮胶囊+雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗。对比分析两组的治疗情况、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、子宫平滑肌功能及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组的血红蛋白、月经周期、VEGF、子宫平滑肌收缩幅度及子宫平滑肌收缩频率高于对照组,月经量及子宫内膜厚度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针对异常子宫出血患者,实施黄体酮胶囊+雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗的效果显著,有利于调节VEGF的表达水平,改善月经情况。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Progesterone Capsules combined with Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.Method:A total of 76 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding admitted to Luoyuan County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into two groups using random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with Progesterone Capsules,while the study group received treatment with Progesterone Capsules + Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets.The treatment status,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),uterine smooth muscle function,and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Result:The hemoglobin,menstrual cycle,VEGF,uterine smooth muscle contraction amplitude and uterine smooth muscle contraction frequency of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the menstrual volume and endometrial thickness were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with abnormal uterine bleeding,the combination of Progesterone Capsules,Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets has a significant therapeutic effect,which is beneficial for regulating the expression level of VEGF and improving menstrual conditions.
