基于SSA的微电网负荷频率鲁棒H_(2)/H_(∞)控制研究

摘要 针对微电网中由可再生能源出力波动和负荷变化引起的频率振荡问题,提出了一种混合H_(2)/H_(∞)鲁棒策略的负荷频率控制器。首先建立了具有功率扰动信号的风光柴微电网负荷频率控制模型。然后基于鲁棒H_(∞)理论设计了鲁棒H_(2)/H_(∞)控制器。在控制器的设计中,使用了樽海鞘群算法(SSA)对有关加权矩阵参数和范数权重进行寻优求解,使控制器的调整性能达到最好。最后仿真结果表明,相比于传统的鲁棒H_(∞)控制和PID控制,提出的H_(2)/H_(∞)鲁棒控制器在微电网的外界功率干扰以及系统的参数扰动工况下均有较好的控制效果。 Aiming at the problem of frequency oscillation caused by the output fluctuation and load variation of renewable energy in the microgrid,a load frequency controller with hybrid H_(2)/H_(∞) robust control strategy is proposed.Firstly,a load frequency control model of wind-photovoltaic-diesel microgrid with power disturbance signal is established.Then a robust H_(2)/H_(∞) controller is designed based on robust H_(∞) theory.In the design of the controller,the salp swarm algorithm(SSA)is used to optimize the relevant weighting matrix parameters and norm weights to achieve the best adjustment performance of the controller.Finally,the simulation results show that compared with the traditional robust H∞control and PID control,the proposed H_(2)/H_(∞) robust controller has better control performance under the external power disturbance of the microgrid and the parameter disturbance of the system.
