面向大规模定制的系列起重机智能设计方法研究

Research on intelligent design method of series cranes for mass customization

将大规模定制思想,引入起重机集成设计中,构建面向客户的大规模定制平台,客户可以根据个性化需求线上、线下定制。根据客户的需求进行产品的配置设计并优化,然后针对不同的模块进行系统开发。文中重点研究了大规模定制的智能设计方法和技术,将产品模块划分,构建基于知识的配置设计流程,将知识集成于产品族模型中。分析了程序设计的过程和方法,开发了面向客户需求的参数和结构定制、配置选型、设计计算、快速出图的智能化设计系统,并通过实例加以验证。该系统在企业已经成功应用,可以实现标准件和异性件的结构设置、设计计算、模块驱动、变型设计,工程图的自动生成和调整。

The concept of mass customization is introduced into crane integrated design,so as to build a customer-oriented mass customization platform,through which customers can customize online and offline according to individual needs.According to the customer's needs,the product configuration was designed and optimized,and then the system was developed for different modules.This paper focuses on the intelligent design methods and technologies of mass customization,divides product modules,constructs a knowledge-based configuration design process,integrates knowledge into product family model,and analyzes the process and methods of program design.An intelligent design system for parameter and structure customization,configuration selection,design calculation and quick drawing was developed,and the developed system was verified by an example.The system has been successfully applied in enterprises,and can realize the structural setting,design calculation,module driving,variant design,automatic generation and adjustment of engineering drawings for standard parts and different parts.
