摘要
文中针对大型散料港口带式输送机应用中存在的输送带安装困难、更换效率低、带式输送机缺少专用配套装备等方面的问题,提出以输送带连续牵引力模型为基础进行输送带牵引车关键参数设计计算,设计开发了主卷轴转速可控的输送带牵引车。建立大型港口的维修保障快速响应体系,解决大型移动单机臂架带式输送机的机载牵引难题,实现人员工休、输送带硫化、机械加工制作和输送带牵引集成在维修车中进行,大幅提升了维修效率和安全性。
Considering the problems of difficult installation of conveyor belt,low replacement efficiency and lack of special supporting equipment for belt conveyor,a calculation method for key parameters design of conveyor belt tractor based on continuous traction model of conveyor belt is proposed,and a conveyor belt tractor with controllable main reel speed is developed.A rapid response system for maintenance support of large ports is established to solve the problem of airborne traction of large-scale mobile single-arm belt conveyor,and realize the integration of personnel rest,belt vulcanization,mechanical processing and belt traction in maintenance vehicles,which greatly improves maintenance efficiency and safety.
