基于复合储能的轮胎式龙门起重机零碳动力系统

摘要 轮胎式龙门起重机作为集装箱码头堆场中主要的装卸设备,实现电能替代潜力大。文中以复合储能技术为基础,提出一种离网式-电动龙门起重机,在可实现龙门起重机零排放的同时保证优异的机动灵活性,实现全堆场调度。结果表明:设计锂离子电池360 kW/360 kWh、超级电容200 kW可实现离网式-电动龙门起重机持续离网作业10 h。新型的复合储能系统拓扑结构使锂电池和超级电容完全可控,且无需复杂的控制策略;复合储能技术兼顾了超级电容高比功率、高循环寿命以及锂电池高比能的特性,超级电容承担所有的制动功率与峰值功率,可有效降低锂电池放电功率和充放电频次,预计可延长锂电池使用寿命至11.7 a,提高了近1倍。 Rubber-tired gantry crane is the main loading and unloading equipment in container terminal yard,and it has great potential to replace electric energy.Based on the composite energy storage technology,a design of off-grid electric gantry crane is proposed,which can realize zero emission of gantry crane,ensure excellent maneuverability and realize the whole yard scheduling.The results show that the design of 360 kW/360 kWh lithium-ion battery and 200 kW super capacitor can realize the continuous off-grid operation of off-grid gantry crane for 10 hours.The new topology of composite energy storage system can ensure that lithium batteries and supercapacitors are completely controllable without complicated control strategies.Composite energy storage technology takes into account the characteristics of high specific power,long cycle life of supercapacitors and high specific energy of lithium batteries.Supercapacitor bears all braking power and peak power,which can effectively reduce the discharge power and charging and discharging frequency of lithium battery.It is estimated that the service life of lithium battery can be extended to 11.7 a,which is nearly doubled.
