基于某港口斗轮堆取料机卸船及转运项目的实际应用研究

摘要 文中以某港口斗轮堆取料机工程为例,阐述了卸船转运作业的总流程,并分部介绍作业前准备、卸船方案、转运方案、堆场卸车方案等。解决了路径中构筑物限制、交叉作业、自然和作业环境限制等各方面问题,完成了从码头卸船到堆场卸车的一系列的工作。通过前期的现场布置、桌面演练等利用现场现有条件保障整个作业过程的有序进展,共耗时5天完成全流程作业,较原计划节约4 d,节约了时间成本。 Taking the bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer project in a port as an example,this paper expounds the general flow of ship unloading and transshipment,and introduces the preparation before operation,ship unloading scheme,transshipment plan and yard unloading scheme in parts.Problems such as structure restriction,cross operation,natural and working environment restriction in the path are solved,and a series of work from dock unloading to yard unloading is completed.Based on the existing site conditions,such as site layout and desktop exercise,the whole operation was ensured to be carried out in an orderly manner,and it took 5 days to complete the whole process operation,which was 4 days shorter than the original plan,thus saving time and reducing costs.
