摘要
澳大利亚联邦政府为确保职前教师入职之前做好课堂教学准备,近年构建了职前教师课堂教学表现性评价体系。该体系由评价目的、评价主体、评价标准、评价流程及质量保障机制5个部分构成。它基于《澳大利亚教师专业标准》与《澳大利亚职前教师教育专业认证:标准和程序》而建立,以实践为导向,追求基于证据的教学评价和多元化的评价工具质量保障。对于我国职前教师课堂教学实践能力评价改革带来4点启示:1)开发基于国家标准的表现性评价工具;2)树立注重实践的课堂教学评价观;3)全面评价职前教师课堂教学实践中的外显行为和观念认识;4)构建职前教师课堂教学实践能力评价共同体。
In order to ensure that initial teachers are prepared well for classroom teaching before graduation,the federal government of Australia has constructed a performance assessment system for initial teachers'classroom teaching in recent years.The system consists of five parts:assessment purpose,assessment subject,assessment standard,assessment process,and quality assurance mechanism.It is constructed based on Australian Professional Standards for Teachers and Standards and Procedures,being practice-oriented and pursuing evidence-based teaching assessment and diversified quality assurance mechanisms of assessment tools.Four insights are brought to the reform of classroom teaching practice assessment of initial teachers in China:a)Developing performance assessment tools based on national standards.b)Establishing an assessment view of classroom teaching that emphasizes practice.c)Comprehensively evaluating initial teachers'external behaviors and conceptual awareness in classroom teaching.d)Building an assessment community for initial teachers'classroom teaching practice.
