充分发挥广电网络和5G技术优势,通过安全网络架构和防护手段,打通政府和企业之间的环保相关数据,利用物联网技术对企业治污过程和治污结果进行24 h不间断监管,利用标签体系应用对企业进行环境画像构建,利用多个节点多级审核机制对第三方检测机构进行高效监管,构建“测得准、看得见、说得清、管得住”的数字环保系统。将智慧广电以数字治理的方式紧密结合生态环境领域,探索广电信息产业和环保产业发展融合道路。

Give full play to the advantages of radio and television network and 5G technology,through the secure network architecture and protection methods,open up the environmental protection related data between the government and enterprises,use the Internet of Things technology to conduct 24-hour continuous supervision on the pollution control process and pollution control results of enterprises,and use tags.The application of the system constructs environmental portraits of enterprises,uses multiple nodes and multi-level audit mechanisms to efficiently supervise third-party testing agencies,and builds a digital environmental protection system that is“accurately measured,visible,clear,and manageable”.Integrate smart radio and television with the field of ecological environment in the form of digital governance,and explore the development integration of radio and television information industry and environmental protection industry.
