摘要
接触网施工中要大量运用螺栓结构对部件进行紧固,必须确保每一个螺栓都精确拧紧。文中阐述了接触网施工安装现状,分析人工安装时影响安装质量的现场因素,探索螺栓拧紧质量的影响因素和控制螺栓拧紧扭力方法,并在此基础上设计开发了一种多扭力拧紧设备。该设备实现了接触网施工过程中螺栓的精确拧紧控制,避免了环境因素和人为因素对扭矩值的影响,降低了施工和检测难度,提高了工作效率及安装质量。
During catenary construction,many bolt structures are used to fasten components,and it is necessary to ensure that each bolt is accurately tightened.This article describes the current situation of OCS construction and installation,analyzes the on-site factors that affect the installation quality during manual installation,explores the factors that affect the bolt tightening quality and the methods to control the bolt tightening torque,and designs and develops a multi-torque tightening device.This equipment realizes precise tightening control of bolts during cate-nary construction,avoids the impact of environmental and human factors on torque values,reduces construction and testing difficulties,and improves work efficiency and installation quality.
