摘要 基于STM32设计一种便携式有毒有害气体检测仪,选用电化学原理气体传感器、低功耗高性能微控制器STM32及功能模块实现对有毒有害气体的浓度检测。文中详细介绍便携式有毒气体检测仪的工作原理,并对电化学气体传感器信号调理电路、控制电路、存储电路和功能软件进行设计。实验结果表明,所设计的气体检测仪具有体积小、功耗低、使用便捷、响应快速、检测精度高等优点,可广泛应用于有毒有害化学品的生产、贮运等各类场景。 A portable toxic and harmful gas detector is designed based on STM32.The electrochemical principle gas sensor,low⁃power high⁃performance MCU STM32 and functional modules are used to detect the concentration of toxic and harmful gases.The working principle of portable toxic gas detector is introduced.The signal conditioning circuit,control circuit and storage circuit of electrochemical gas sensor,and function software of the detector are designed.The experimental results show that the designed gas detector has the advantages of small size,low power consumption,convenient use,fast response,and high detection accuracy,and can be widely used in various scenarios such as the production,storage,and transportation of toxic and harmful chemicals.
