特殊负载与机载电源匹配研究及有源电力滤波器仿真设计

摘要 为提高某型飞机装备的高功率雷达系统的供电可靠性,通常采取三相无刷交流发电机为其单独供电。然而随着服役时间的增长,发电机会出现断轴、转子扫膛等严重故障。在多种故障因素中,雷达负载与发电机供电不匹配是影响发电机寿命的重要因素之一。为此,文中对特殊负载与机载供电电源匹配进行研究,建立谐波对于电机运行的仿真模型;并利用Matlab软件设计电力滤波器模型,运用滞环比较法控制策略对电力电子开关进行控制,实现滤除谐波的功能。最后,提出其他防止谐波的建议,为发电机改装和新型适配电源的研制工作提供理论支撑。 In order to improve the power supply reliability of the high⁃power radar system of a certain type of aircraft equipment,a three⁃phase brushless AC generator is usually used for its power supply separately.However,with the increase of service time,the generator may experience serious faults such as shaft breaking and rotor sweeping.Among various fault factors,the mismatch between radar load and generator power supply is one of the important factors affecting the lifespan of the generator.Therefore,the matching between special loads and airborne power supply is researched,and a simulation model of harmonic effects on motor operation is established.The Matlab software is used to design a power filter model.The hysteresis comparison control strategy is used to control the power electronic switch,so as to achieve the function of filtering out harmonics.Other suggestions to prevent harmonics are proposed,providing theoretical support for the modification of generators and the development of new adaptive power sources.
