摘要
为了研究涡轮增压器故障对其运行参数的影响,在AVL Boost软件中基于某型涡轮增压器性能数据和柴油机试验数据,建立并验证柴油机仿真模型,对涡轮增压系统的典型故障进行数值仿真分析。不同故障下涡轮增压器的性能参数响应有明显且易区分的变化规律。增压压力对涡轮增压器故障的敏感度较高,在多数故障下的响应变化幅值都可达到10%以上,是故障诊断的重要参数。涡轮后排气温度、涡轮前排气压力以及空气质量流量在部分故障下的响应变化可达10%,对涡轮增器故障也具有一定的敏感度,可配合增压压力作为涡轮增压系统故障诊断的主要监测参数。研究结果为涡轮增压器的故障诊断提供参考依据。
In order to study the influence of turbocharger faults on its operating parameters.A simulation model of diesel engine was established and verified in AVL Boost software based on the performance data of a certain type of turbocharger and experimental data of diesel engine,and the typical faults of turbocharger system were simulated and analyzed.The results show that the response of performance parameters of turbocharger has obvious and easily distinguishable variation law under different faults.Turbocharger pressure is highly sensitive to turbocharger faults,and its response amplitude can reach more than 10%under most faults,which is an important parameter for fault diagnosis.The response variation of rear turbine exhaust temperature,front turbine exhaust pressure and air mass flow rate can reach 10%under partial faults,and it is also sensitive to turbine booster faults.Therefore,it can be combined with turbocharging pressure as the main monitoring parameters for turbocharging system fault diagnosis.The results provide a reference for fault diagnosis of turbocharger.
