Discussion on water culture construction of Cihuai New River

茨淮新河是安徽省极具代表性的大型人工河道,以之为水源的茨淮新河灌区是安徽省淮北平原最大的灌区。针对新时期水利工程现代化改造和高质量发展的文化需求,在梳理茨淮新河水文化发展过程与特色基础上,分析了茨淮新河在水文化构建和宣传中存在的困境与原因,提出结合水利工程建设与管理推进水文化建设的实施路径及措施建议。

Cihuai New River was a 1arge representative artificial canal in Anhui Province.The Cihuai New River Irrigation District,which used it as a water source,was the 1argest irrigation district in the Huaibei P1ain of Anhui Province.In response to the cultural needs of modernizing and high-quality de-ve1opment of water conservancy projects in the new era,based on an overview of the development pro-cess and characteristics of Cihuai New River's water culture,the article analyzed the difficulties and reasons for its hydro-cultura1 construction and promotion,and proposed an imp1 ementation path and measures for promoting hydro-cultura1 construction through water conservancy engineering construction and management.
