桥面铺装纵向开裂的钢混叠合梁桥荷载试验分析

摘要 选取一座桥面铺装存在单条纵向贯通裂缝的钢混叠合梁桥,对其进行荷载试验,并对桥面铺装完好情况进行了有限元数值模拟。通过将静载以及动载试验数据与有限元模型计算数据进行对比分析,结果显示:挠度及应变的实际横向分布均匀性不如数值模型,同时横向2阶振型实测振型频率小于数值模型计算值。可见桥面铺装纵向裂缝对桥梁的横向分布及横向刚度有较大影响。因此,在现有的桥梁评定过程中,采用校验系数作为评定桥梁承载能力的参数具有一定片面性。 A steel concrete composite beam bridge with a single longitudinal through crack in the bridge deck pavement is selected for load test,and the finite element numerical simulation is conducted on the integrity of the bridge deck pavement.By comparing and analyzing the static and dynamic load test data and the finite element model calculation data,the results show that:the actual lateral distribution uniformity of deflection and strain is not as good as the numerical model,and meanwhile the measured frequency of the second transverse vibration mode is less than the calculation value of numerical model.It can be seen that longitudinal cracks in bridge deck pavement have a significant impact on the lateral distribution and stiffness of the bridge.Therefore,using the calibration coefficient as the parameter to evaluate the bearing capacity of the bridge has a certain degree of one-sidedness during the evaluation process of the existing bridge.
