基于交通微循环策略的区域路网运行效率提升研究

摘要 研究了单向交通和路口流向禁限在城市交通微循环系统中的应用,设计了交通微循环网络组织优化的双层规划模型。其中,上层模型是以路段平均饱和度最小化、交通微循环系统效率最大化、环境影响最小化为优化目标的多目标规划,下层模型为用户均衡模型。同时构建了遗传算法流程,最后,通过算例验证了模型的有效性。结果表明:优化后方案的路段平均饱和度和车辆行驶总时间分别较优化前降低和缩短了10.1%和28.6%。该模型可为区域交通组织提供参考。 The application of one-way traffic and traffic flow restriction at intersections in urban traffic microcirculation system is studied,and the two-level programming model for optimizing the organization of traffic microcirculation network is designed.The upper level model is a multi-objective programming with the optimization objectives of minimizing the average saturation of road segment,maximizing the efficiency of traffic microcirculation system,and minimizing the environmental influence.The lower level model is a user equilibrium model.At the same time,the genetic algorithm process is constructed,and the effectiveness of the model is verified through the numerical example.The results show that:the average saturation and total vehicle travel time of the optimized scheme are 10.1%and 28.6%lower than before respectively.This model can provide theoretical reference for the regional traffic organization.
