本文以粮食物流行业为例,从工程项目前期策划设计、项目实施阶段及后期运营阶段分析了安全管理在各个阶段的重要性。提出前期设计阶段通过合理的工艺设计和技术的先进设计,可以有效规避或减少项目施工阶段和运营阶段的安全风险;同时对项目施工阶段容易造成重大事故隐患的风险点进行了梳理,为安全管理人员提供一定的工作指导和帮助。

This article takes the grain logistics industry as an example to analyze the importance of safety management in various stages of engineering project planning and design,project implementation stage,and later operation stage.Propose that in the early design stage,reasonable process design and advanced technology design can effectively avoid or reduce safety risks in the construction and operation stages of the project;At the same time,the risk points that may cause major accident hazards during the construction phase of the project were sorted out,providing certain work guidance and assistance for safety management personnel.
