副溶血性弧菌噬菌体在食品中的生物防控研究进展

摘要 副溶血弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus)是一种主要的食源性致病菌,广泛分布于海洋环境中,易在海产品体内富集,对养殖业造成了巨大的经济损失。本文对副溶血性弧菌噬菌体在食品生物防控中的应用进行综述,探讨了利用噬菌体抗菌的优势及存在的问题,说明了裂解性噬菌体的潜在应用,为人们的健康提供了保障。 Vibrio parahaemolyticus is a major food-borne bacterium,which is widely distributed in coastal areas,and is accumulated in shellfish easily.It has brought huge economic losses to the fishery industry.In this paper,we reviewed the applications of V.parahaemolyticus phage.We also discussed their antibacterial advantages and questions.This article mainly introduced their antibacterial advantages,and discussed the new way to detect pathogens and develop new biopharmaceuticals.This paper is aimed to discussed the their potential application in preventing the pathogens and human health.
