基于“诗画浙江·百县千碗”的饮食类非遗传承与推广研究

摘要 2018年,浙江省推出全省各县(市、区)最具代表性的“10碗”美食,形成“百县千碗”。该工程也列入了2019年浙江省政府工作报告。2022年,浙江省启动以“百县千碗”为首的“五百五千”工程,打造一批具有浙江辨识度的区域文旅美食品牌。通过开展基于“诗画浙江·百县千碗”浙菜非遗传承发展研究活动,打造文旅深度融合的浙菜传统手工技艺传承基地,形成集美食标准制定、营养标签、文化传播、人才培养、创新创业等为一体的美食产业体系,从而全面提升浙江美食旅游产业的核心竞争力。 In 2018,Zhejiang province launched the most representative“10 bowls”of food in all counties(cities and districts)of the province,forming the“one hundred counties and one thousand bowls”.The project has also been included in the 2019 work report of the Zhejiang provincial government.In 2022,Zhejiang province will launch the“Five hundred and five thousand”project led by“100 counties and one thousand bowls”to create a group of regional cultural and tourism food brands with Zhejiang recognition.Through conducting based on“Zhejiang county thousand bowl”Zhejiang genetic development research activities,make text brigade depth fusion of Zhejiang traditional handicraft inheritance base,form food standards,nutrition labels,culture communication,talent training,innovation and entrepreneurship for the integration of food industry system,so as to improve the core competitiveness of Zhejiang food tourism industry.
